On Tuesday, February 16th, API Distinguished Fellow Bishop Jim Lowe was featured on Trinity Broadcasting Network’s program “America’s Hidden History: Black History Month.”
In the feature, Bishop Lowe describes his experience at the 1963 bombing of 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, where he was in Sunday School at the time. Along with David Barton and Tim Barton, Lowe also discusses the hidden Black history of America and the importance of grasping a full picture of how our country came to be and developed over time.
